On the other hand, hot wax consists of bees wax and resin. It is melted to a thicker consistency than warm wax. Contrary to warm wax, hot wax is applied to the skin producing a thick layer. When it cools, it contracts around the hair. It then grips the hair tightly. When it becomes opaque, it is pulled off quickly.
