David Beckham Gordon Ramsay has revealed that he and David Beckham recently fled from gunfire in California.

Speaking to Chris Moyles on Radio 1, the celebrity chef said that he and David had arranged a camping trip with their children when drama struck.

The sound of gunfire led them to flee the campsite in the middle of the night.

Gordon said: "We went and got the tents, David set them up.

"We were camping next to this lake, turned up there was no-one on the campsite.

Gordon Ramsay "Woke up about 4.30 in the morning to gunfire and there was this tent about half a mile away... with these Mexicans shooting."

Gordon apparently then told the children they had to leave because of a storm and they all checked in to a nearby hotel.

We wonder if this drama is enough to encourage David to move back to England? Here's hoping.
