Q: Whenever I wear lots of make-up I feel overdone and silly, but then end up looking washed-out in pictures . How can I create a natural look that looks good in pictures and in real life? - Kate
"You don’t need to layer on the make-up to look glamorous. Make-up is about enhancing and flattering your natural beauty. The key to a flawless look is investing in a good foundation that matches and flatters your skin tone. If you prefer a more natural look, a tinted moisturiser is a great compromise and creates a more natural dewy finish. I recommend trying Avon Ideal Shade Light Make-up.
To add some pep to your skin, use a peach coloured blusher, it restores the natural blush in your cheek. When choosing shades for your eyes, go for earth/ neutral tones, these will flatter all eye colours. Instead of using a black liner to line your eyes, try a brown, which accentuates your eyes but creates a softer, more flattering finish.
Don't forget mascara! Even if it is the only thing you put on your eyes it will add definition. Lipstick can be a little intimidating and if you use the wrong shade, wash you out. As alternative try a tinted balm or coloured lipgloss such as Avon Glazewear Intense Lipgloss."
