The pair couldn't take their eyes off each other at the Todo o Nada exhibition by Mario Testino in Spain.

The 35-year-old looked happy and healthy as she proudly showed off her new man to the other celebrity guests.

Kate and Louis' PDAKate and Sam split six months ago and, while both said that the separation was entirely 'amicable,' there were suggestions that his close friendship with actress Rebecca Hall didn't help the situation.

We're sure that Kate wouldn't stoop so low, but if she fancied making her ex jealous, smooching with a super-hot Burberry model is one surefire way to do it.
